The Machines.

The GrindPro offering consists of two machines, GrindPro and GrindPro+.

GrindPro+ is for environments like hotels, restaurants, members clubs or any other space where coffee is prepared by staff and served to the customer. GrindPro+ combines automation with the theatre of a hand-crafted coffee, providing an elevated and premium experience-at the touch of a button, hand-finished with latte art.
GrindPro is for environments where the customer will select their own drink, in spaces such an office or an airline lounge. Through a unique HD interface designed by in-house Grind experts, customers can choose and personalise a drink, just like they would in a Grind café.

The Coffee.

We (obviously) think that good-quality coffee is a workplace essential. We ethically source all our coffee from small-scale sustainable farms, and the GrindPro has been tailored to get the best out of the speciality-grade beans that we roast every day at our London roastery.

The Onboarding.

Our GrindPro expert in-house training and onboarding program is delivered by the same people who teach our very own employees. Working closely on site to provide general support, troubleshooting, ongoing refresher training and general compliance management.

The Servicing.

Our team track in real time how your machines are functioning technically, and can review performance and drink quality at the touch of a button. If your machine does need a reactive visit, our UK-based helpline is on hand, staffed by Grind’s own team of coffee experts.

The Digital Ecosystem.

GrindPro will connect seamlessly with the Grind digital ecosystem in our cafés and our website, enabling users to earn loyalty points every time they use the machine, for redemption in our cafés and on grind.co.uk for free coffee across London and beyond.
