Self-Serve GrindPro

The GrindPro machine is for environments where the customer will select their own drink, in spaces such as an office or an airline lounge. Through a unique UD interface customers can choose and personalise a drink, just as they would in a Grind café. The machine perfectly grinds the beans, extracts the espresso, and steams the milk, always to our bespoke Grind standards. It has two milk systems, providing fresh dairy milk and a non-dairy alternative. Plus, luxury hot chocolate, matcha lattes, and iced coffee.

Hospitality Serve GrindPro+

The GrindPro+ machine is for environments like like hotels, restaurants, members clubs, or any other space where coffee is prepared by staff and served to the customer. This machine is the ideal solution for locations where having a traditional manual coffee machine might be impractical or too challenging to maintain. GrindPro+ combines automation with the theatre of a hand-crafted coffee, providing an elevated and premium experience at the touch of a button, hand-finished with latte art.

The Coffee

We (obviously) think that coffee in the workplace should never be a compromise: it should be exceptional quality, responsibly sourced, and made in a way that's better for people and planet. Our coffee beans are speciality-grade, ethically sourced from sustainable farms, and hand-roasted by us in London. Every GrindPro machine is calibrated to Grind's café standards, consistently delivering high-quality drinks. As a certified B Corp, we pay farmers above Fairtrade prices and take a long-term approach to sustainability, from sourcing and roasting to how our coffee is served in workplaces around the world.

The Onboarding

We’ve trained thousands of people to become baristas in the last ten years. Our GrindPro expert in-house training and onboarding program is delivered by the same people who teach our very own employees—one of a number of resources we offer as part of GrindPro. Our training crew will be on-hand to engage your team members and provide general support, troubleshooting, ongoing refresher training, and general compliance management. You'll also have access to digital training resources.

The Service

The intelligence inside GrindPro allows us to offer a full preventative maintenance programme. Our smart diagnostic telemetry system flags immediately to us even the smallest of technical faults, allowing us to resolve them before they become an issue for you and your business. If your machine does need a reactive visit, our UK based helpline is on-hand, staffed by Grind’s own team of coffee experts. They are there to troubleshoot, answer any questions your team have, and arrange for an engineer to solve the issue immediately.

The Digital Ecosystem

GrindPro will connect seamlessly with the Grind digital ecosystem in our cafés and our website, enabling users to earn loyalty points every time they use the machine, for redemption in our cafés and on grind.co.uk for free coffee across London and beyond. Our team will help your employees and guests connect easily to the Grind app and e-commerce platform, accessing a digital community enriched with recipes, tutorials, and advice for honing their inner barista. Additionally, the WiFi-enabled GrindPro allows for changes to the menu and can anticipate requirements for coffee or milk and place orders automatically.
