We’re on a mission to change the way we drink coffee for the better. Because with the amount of coffee we consume, we realised it would be nice to drink it with a clear conscience.
We’re looking for people who feel the same and want to help us achieve our goal of being the most sustainable coffee challenger brand, using coffee as a force for good.
We started as a series of London coffee shops and cafés. Today, we also ship our speciality coffee to homes all over the world in home-compostable pods, as whole bean and ground coffee, and in iced coffee cans. You’ll also find Grind coffee in most grocery chains, and we partner with some of the world’s best brands to help them up their coffee game, too.

To become B Corp certified, every area of the business was examined to ensure it met high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Better Coffee Foundation®
We set up our own charitable foundation, the Better Coffee Foundation®, as a commitment to undoing the damage caused by the global coffee industry and tackle the ocean-pollution crisis. In 2023, we rescued 64,000kg of plastic from the ocean. In 2024, we’re doing more: recovering ocean-bound plastic for every pod, can, and cup of coffee we sell.
