For orders made during the Black Friday and festive period (18th November - 25th December), we are running an extended returns policy: we will accept returns until 26th January.
If you’re unhappy with your order and would like to make a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@grind.co.uk with your order number.
Items from our bean & ground coffee range cannot be returned to us unless it has been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.
We accept the return of our non-coffee products and our coffee pods. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund at any time, unless the product was damaged in transit. Please bear in mind that all return costs must be covered by the customer.
If you received any of our Black Friday free gifts with your order, these must be included in your return in order for you to receive a full refund.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you, with an update on your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
