Starting this month, you’ll be able to taste our Costa Rican coffee at any Grind across London or try it at home with our tins and refills. Our new Costa Rican coffee, from Las Lajas, is super sweet and complex-tasting with notes of caramel, cinnamon, dark chocolate and black cherry. 

Las Lajas is a farm located pretty high up in the lush Central Valley area of Costa Rica. Famous for its honey-processed coffee, the Las Lajas mill and its six surrounding farms are owned by the six Chacon brothers who over the years have grown with their reputation; investing in better equipment and facilities as well as paying a premium significantly above market level to their pickers.
