Expertly-roasted by us, freshly ground and brewed by you. This speciality coffee starter set includes:

Our speciality-grade coffee is ethically sourced from sustainable farms around the world before it's roasted by us in London and shipped to you while it's fresh and at its best. Our House Blend is a smooth and sweet medium roast with notes of dark chocolate, almond, and caramel.
For making 1 cup:
1. Place the V60 on top of your mug and insert the filter paper. Soak the whole paper with hot water to get rid of any papery taste and empty your mug.
2. Fill the scoop to the top with ground coffee (around 16g) and place into the filter paper.
3. Boil 250ml water and allow to cool for a few minutes.
4. In one quick motion, pour enough hot water to soak all the coffee grounds, then wait for around 30 seconds.
5. Slowly pour the remaining water over the coffee, making small circles. Stop when the water is 2cm from the top.
6. Wait for it to drain, allowing the coffee to cool a little. This should take about 2.5 minutes, then it's ready to drink.
